Article 1: Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all subscriptions and services provided through the KinBridge platform.

KinBridge is a digital NON-CLINICAL caregiving coordination platform that enables families and care organisations to manage non-clinical tasks, notes, and communication in a shared private space.

The KinBridge application is hosted using GlideApps, with all user data stored within that platform. Payments and subscription management are processed separately via payment platforms.

By subscribing to KinBridge, you agree to these Terms in full.

Article 1a: Eligibility

To use KinBridge, you must be at least 16 years old.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.

KinBridge is designed for responsible use in coordinating care for individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.

Article 2: Subscription and Acceptance

Any subscription to KinBridge implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Subscriptions are activated upon successful payment via our payment provider.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change at any time.

However, the price charged will always be the one displayed at the time of subscription.

KinBridge operates on a subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon subscription. If a trial period has been agreed in terms of sale then the subscription starts on the day after the end of the trial period.

All payments are securely processed via integrated payment providers (such as Stripe or equivalent services).

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

All payment security and processing is the responsibility of the payment provider.

Article 5: Service Usage

KinBridge is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

Usage may be subject to reasonable limits, including (but not limited to):

• Number of care groups

• Number of users per group

• Volume of stored data

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage to ensure fair access

• Adjust plans or request upgrades where usage significantly exceeds normal levels

Where possible, users will be notified in advance.

Article 6: Data Protection and Privacy

KinBridge stores user data within GlideApps.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring it is handled securely and responsibly.

By using KinBridge, you acknowledge that:

• Data is stored and processed via third-party infrastructure (GlideApps)

• Access is restricted to authorised users within your care group

• You are responsible for managing who you invite into your group

We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Article 7: Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KinBridge for:

• Illegal activities

• Fraudulent or misleading purposes

• Uploading harmful, abusive, or offensive content

• Violating the privacy or rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Article 8: Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and continuous service.

However, KinBridge depends on third-party platforms including GlideApps, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions

• Data delays caused by third-party systems

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

KinBridge is a coordination tool and does not provide medical, clinical, or professional care advice.

We are not responsible for:

• Decisions made based on information within the platform

• Outcomes related to care coordination

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service

In other words: KinBridge is a coordination and record-keeping tool only. It does not provide medical, clinical, care, or professional advice. The operator accepts no liability for decisions made by users or third parties based on information stored in the platform. Users accept full responsibility for the care decisions they make.

Users remain responsible for all care decisions.

Article 10: Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Service-related emails (e.g. account updates, notifications)

• Occasional product updates

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

Article 11: Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
