Delete your account

You can request deletion of your KinBridge account and all associated personal data at any time — even after uninstalling the app.

How it works

Send your request

Email us from the address linked to your KinBridge account, or write to us by post.

We confirm receipt

We will acknowledge your request by email, usually within 2 working days.

Deletion is completed

We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

Before requesting deletion, please be aware that:

  • Your account cannot be recovered after deletion
  • You will lose access to all care circle data you have contributed to
  • Your membership of any care circles will be removed
  • Other members' data and the circle itself are not affected by your individual deletion

If you simply want a break from KinBridge, you can stop using the app without deleting your account — your data will remain safely stored until you return.

Submit your deletion request

Use either method below. Please contact us from the email address linked to your KinBridge account so we can verify your identity.

Option A — Email (recommended)

Send an email to theteam@all-in-touch.com using the address linked to your account. Use the subject line below so your request is handled promptly.

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include in your message: your full name, the email address on your KinBridge account, and a brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

or

Option B — Written request by post

Send a signed letter to our registered address. Please include your full name, the email address linked to your account, and a clear statement that you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data.

What happens after you request deletion

Within 2 working days: We acknowledge your request by email and verify your identity.

Within 30 days: Your account, profile, and all personal data you created in KinBridge is deleted from our systems.

Confirmation: We email you to confirm deletion is complete.

Residual data: Some data may be retained for a short additional period where required by law — for example, Stripe retains payment records in line with financial regulations. This data is not accessible to us for any other purpose.

Not sure deletion is right for you?

Take a break. You can stop using KinBridge at any time without deleting your account. Your data and circle access will be waiting when you return.

Leave a circle. A Family Admin can remove you from a specific care circle without deleting your account. Contact your circle's Admin to arrange this.

Update your data. You can edit or correct your profile information at any time within the app. Email theteam@all-in-touch.com if you need help with this.
